I’ve been in the IT industry since 1998 as both employed and self-employed. I’m currently employed, but enjoy doing IT support for small businesses and home users during evenings and on weekends.

Given my experience as a home user and IT professional, I’ve probably encountered and troubleshot all the same problems that you’ve encountered, be it trouble with a virus infection, an application or network/wireless/Internet connectivity. My services cover almost any technology need you may encounter as a home user, home office user, or a small business.

In addition to supporting technology, over the years I’ve also gained a lot of experience as a consumer and IT professional with having to evaluate the best option and value when purchasing hardware, such as a printer or laptop, for example.
